Apartment Freisinger in AxamsSKIHUT

The hut is owned by the Freisinger family since 1979 and is located on 1840m (= 6040 feet) close to the entrance of the double chair ski lift “Pleisen”.
We offer 45 seats for our guests and a comfortable bar in our rusty, Tyrolean style indoor restaurant and depending on the weather conditions about 80 seats outdoors.
We mainly serve homemade quality. Our homemade “Pfefferwurst” or other specialties like “dumplings” in various forms are a must eat.
The restaurant is opened every day during the whole winter season, starting at 9 a.m.
Since several years you can also walk up from the parking lot within 45 minutes and sleigh down a 2 km (= 1,24 miles) long toboggan-run. The run is not lightened during the night and you have to rent the toboggan at one of the sports shops near the parking lot.

Pleisenhütte Axamer Lizum
The „Pleisenhütte“ ( so called „Bärenhütte“) is located close to the entrance of the double chair skilift in the ski area of Axamer Lizum near the capital of Tyrol, Innsbruck.
