On the ground floor of our house is the apartment for 4 to 5 people, furnished in a rustic Tyrolean style. The apartment has two lovely double bedrooms, a cozy kitchen with a seating area and a residential bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a spacious entrance hall. The overall size is about 65 square meters of living space.
It is possible, in one of the bedrooms set up an extra bed (preferably for 1 child), or to provide a place to sleep in the kitchen for a fifth person. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a fridge and a cooker hood. We are happy to provide you with a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, egg cooker, an iron and an ironing board.
The time when cooking small meals in the kitchen shorten the TV with satellite connection and a radio. For a longer stay, we also offer the opportunity for washing machines - and dryer for a small fee. Bed linen, towels and linens are available in sufficient quantity and can be changed as often as desired. For our younger guests we can provide a travel cot and a highchair available free of charge. Because the apartment is at ground level, we were already a few times a pleasure, guests with disabilities, ie. to also accommodate a wheelchair. You can finish comfortably in the garden the day in the summer after the extensive excursions in our beautiful surroundings. Garden furniture is ready for you!
As an additional service we offer our guests the daily delivery of bread and pastries free house (except Sunday) by our village bakery. The billing of the delivered goods before their departure. From autumn 2013, we also have free Wi-Fi.
To complete the wellness program, you can now relax from everyday visit to the swimming pool of the leisure center Axams. This has a special charm because you can swim from the indoor to outdoor and the winter landscape then most acts in the winter. In the use of the sauna is offered to you a discount of 50%.
Our house is on the outskirts of Axams, in a very quiet residential area and is only accessible via a private road. In a few minutes you reach the village center, the bus stop, the supermarket and the leisure center.
Both in winter and in summer there are regular shuttle service in our recreation area, the Axamer Lizum. The ski bus in winter and hiking in summer are free for our guests.
At the gates of Innsbruck, the Axamer Lizum attracts deep snow winter sports enthusiasts to the imposing Kalkkögel.

he Axamer Lizum is still known to many of the Olympic Games 1964 and 1976 in Innsbruck. The alpine competitions were held here at the time, and countless crowds lined the circuit. Today, the Axamer Lizum is a bit quieter, but not less sporty.
